About LifeLine Southern Africa: Governance
The Executive Board of LifeLine Southern Africa is made up of representatives elected by the governing council of the organization at its yearly AGM. These members have a constituted term of office.
The board’s Audit and Governance subcommittee is chaired by the Treasurer, has three volunteer members plus the CEO and the Finance Manager. The Treasurer is a volunteer too. A second subcommittee is the Standard Setting body (SSB) that is elected per policy.
