The management of the organization rests with the Secretariat as per constitution. This body consists of the CEO, a MANCO of five members and an EXCO of the previously mentioned directors plus four senior staff. The Sectretariat reports to the Executive Board.
The centres are run autonomously by a centre board of volunteers plus a staff complement depending on the size of the centre. The management is usually headed by a Director.
