The Executive Board
The Governing Council which consists of delegates from affiliated Centres and services chosen at the Annual General Meeting elects LifeLine’s Executive Board.
The Executive Board serves for a 2 year period and it’s tasks include:
- Focussing on the Organisation’s mission, values and objectives
- Selecting the key executive personnel
- Organisational planning
- Monitoring the Organisation’s programmes and services
- Building the Organisation’s image
